It is part of the agency’s portfolio to develop and design research questionnaires, with a specific focus on communication-needs, utilizing tools like online interviews, focus groups, representative omnibus-polls or telephone interviews. Results are analysed, evaluated and presented within the framework of the strategy development.

If short-term activities are required, telephone audits amongst key stakeholder groups provide interesting insights into the opinion trends and perceptions that need to be taken in consideration when defining strategies and developing messages.
